Online Training Courses

National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA)

Alliance 2020 is partnered with the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) to provide a variety of training resources to our clients. Through NDASA, we offer Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training as well as Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors.

Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training

Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training

The Designated Employer Representative training course is a self-guided course that provides supervisors with the knowledge and skillset to manage their company’s drug and alcohol testing program. As a DER, it’s critical you ensure compliance with both DOT requirements as well as non-regulated policies.

Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors

Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors

The Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors course is a professional-level course that qualifies supervisors to make the Reasonable Suspicion or Cause testing determination. The course trains in best practices for DOT compliance and with drug and alcohol screening policies of non-regulated companies as well.

Alliance 2020 is here to assist with all your training needs and help ensure both DOT and internal compliance. For a full description of these courses or for additional training resources, please visit the NDASA University website. If you have any questions for our team, please email drugtesting@alliance2020.com or complete the form below.
